Fraser River Safari is a proud partner and the official jet boat tour of the annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival.
Others have tried to copy the “Safari” experience, however, only FRS is the official and recognized eagle tour of the Festival. Find out for yourself why these tours have been awarded such enormous prestige from their peers.
This is the fastest growing eagle festival in the lower mainland AND the home of the largest recorded number of eagles in an area that is only 2 square km in size. In December 2010, eagle biologist David Hancock counted 7,362 eagles during ONE boat tour.
Where to meet: The rendezvous location will be under the Kilby Train Bridge in Harrison Mills about 400 meters from Kilby Historic Site (215 Kilby Rd Harrison Mills). Note the tours do not leave from Kilby Provincial Park. See the picture below.
If you can’t make the Festival weekend, the tours will run as long as we have eagles to see.
